Not much to say at the moment except that the last ten days have been busy. I’ve put another 85 renders into the bank and I’ve still get several hours ahead of me today. So hopefully by Friday I’ll be past 100.

Now that the gui enhancements are in place and tested, I’ve been able to focus solely on the art for the second half of 1.0.7. Soon I should have some scenes ready for play testing with the actual release not far behind that. I’m loathe to give out eta’s as that has bit me in the ass many times previously. Just know that I’m working tirelessly to get this done because I’m ready to move on to some other characters.

While it’s not writ in stone, I think next up is going to be getting back to the wife and Cassie, with some more Jane and Amanda to follow. Then I’ll tie up with Monica and Lupita to come full circle. We’ll see. I figure after this next update drops I’ll have a moment to survey where I’m at and figure out the best way to proceed.

It has been fun working on the second half of this update. As previously mentioned, it will be the first one that consists entirely of my labor and it’s been exciting to develop my own visual style. I look forward to coming back around and working on the other characters to further develop the look and feel of the story.

It’s great to have a partner to help out with all the visuals and artwork that goes into this game, but on the other hand, it’s also enjoyable to create the image as you envisioned it at the time of writing. Very much a double edged sword.

In any case, just wanted to let you know that we’re still charging ahead and much work is getting done. I look forward to delivering the remainder of this chapter to you, but in the meantime, enjoy a teaser of Nanami.
